What is Looked at During an inspection the following systems are inspected:Structural: to include but not limited to foundation, floors, columns and roofs. Exterior: to include but not limited to cladding, decks, fascias, and retaining walls. Roofing: to include but not limited to covering, flashing, drainage systems and skylights. Plumbing: to include but not limited to water supply, drains, vents and water heating systems. Electrical: to include but not limited to service, distribution panels, ground fault circuit interrupters and smoke detectors. Heating: to include but not limited to chimneys, flues, vents and heating equipment. Air Conditioning: to include but not limited to fans, duct vents and cooling and air handling equipment. Interior: to include but not limited to walls, ceiling, floors and stairways. Insulation and Ventilation: to include but not limited to ventilation systems in bathroom, laundry rooms, kitchens attics, and crawl space. Built in Kitchen Appliances: to include but not limited to microwaves, dishwashers, garbage disposals, cook tops and ovens.
